The Muse Video service

Muse Video provides a workspace for prompt-based and reference-based creative generation. Depending on availability and the selected model, workflows may include text-to-video, image-to-video, AI image generation, editing, native-audio options, model selection, asset storage, and export tools.

MuseVideo is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta. Third-party model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Model availability, capabilities, duration, resolution, audio support, credit cost, and output quality may change.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your location. If you are not legally able to enter a contract, a parent or authorized representative must accept these Terms for you.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login method secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share account access in a way that bypasses plan or usage restrictions.

Credits, plans, and subscriptions

Generation tasks may consume credits based on the selected model, duration, resolution, quality, mode, or other settings. The workspace displays the expected credit cost before generation when that information is available. A failed or interrupted task may be reviewed for automatic or manual credit restoration.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal.
• Credits may expire or reset according to the plan or credit package displayed at purchase.
• Prices, included credits, concurrency, model access, and plan features may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.
• Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the Muse Video Refund Policy.

Prompts, uploads, and generated content

• You retain the rights you already hold in prompts, images, video, audio, and other materials you submit.
• You grant Muse Video and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process submitted materials only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
• You must have all permissions, releases, and rights needed for people, brands, music, artwork, data, and other material you upload or direct the service to reproduce.
• Rights in AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction, selected model, provider terms, source material, and the degree of human contribution. Muse Video does not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright protection or exclusive use.
• Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that an output is unique or free from third-party claims.

Acceptable use

You may use Muse Video only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, publication decisions, and downstream use.

• Do not create or distribute illegal, exploitative, abusive, hateful, harassing, or intentionally deceptive content.
• Do not create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content that facilitates abuse.
• Do not impersonate another person in a harmful or deceptive way, or create misleading media intended to defraud, manipulate civic processes, or cause material harm.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, bypass safety systems, reverse engineer restricted components, or evade credit and usage controls.
• Do not use the service to make fully automated high-impact decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or legal rights.

AI model limitations

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. Prompt adherence, character consistency, physics, lip synchronization, audio, text rendering, and visual details may vary between generations and models.

You must review output before publishing or relying on it. Muse Video does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and generated content should not be treated as verified factual information.

Third-party models and services

Muse Video may rely on third-party AI models, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, authentication providers, and content delivery services. Your use of a selected model or connected service may also be subject to that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, and integrations may be changed or discontinued without guaranteeing a replacement.

Privacy and data processing

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in the Muse Video Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that prompts and reference media may be processed by the provider supporting the selected generation workflow.

Service changes and availability

• We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue models, tools, limits, pricing, or features.
• Generation queues and processing time may vary with demand, provider availability, moderation review, and technical conditions.
• Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access.
• We may establish fair-use, rate, storage, file-size, concurrency, or generation limits to protect the service and its users.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Muse Video at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, is associated with fraud or non-payment, infringes rights, threatens service security, or exposes us or others to legal liability. Where appropriate, we may remove content, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful investigations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Video is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, output accuracy, uniqueness, or commercial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Video and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or claims arising from publication or use of generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Muse Video during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service, pricing, model catalog, or law changes. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. If a change materially affects existing users, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
